摘要
本设计主要是针对典型水草收割船进行切割装置的设计计算,该机采用机械、液压联合传动方式,可在水下对各种水草进行收割,以切割、捡拾、传送、牵引、运输一体化作业方式进行连续生产。其工作速度2.8km/h、割幅1.4m、切割深度在1.2m内任意可调、每小时作业面积0.39ha、漏割率0、漏收率5.2%、动力14.7kw,用1台水草收割机与1条牵引船和4条装草运输船配套使用可连续进行生产并取得良好的经济效益。
Based on the design of the cutting device of the typical aquatic plants harvest ship, the ship adopts the driving method of mechanical and hydraulic combined to harvest all kinds of aquatic plants with integration practices such as cutting, collecting, transmitting, traction and transportation for continuous production. The working speed 2.8 km/h, cutting length 1.4 m, cutting depth within 1.2 m arbitrary adjustable, an operation area of 0.39 ha per hour, leakage cutting rate 0, leakage collecting rate 5.2%, and power 14.7 kw. With one grass harvester, one traction ship and four grass carriers working together, the system may carry on the continuous production and achieve better economic benefits.
