新建地方本科院校应用型护理学人才培养模式创新的思考与探索

Thinking of the Cultivation Mode Innovation of Applied Nursing Talents in Newly-built Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

应用型人才培养模式创新是新建地方本科院校当前研究的热点问题。本文从对应用型人才培养模式的再认识和内涵入手,构建了以行业和社会需求为导向改革课程体系和教学内容、实施以学生为主体与能力提升为目标的教学模式和教学方法、搭建以能力培养为核心的实践教学平台、创新以实践能力为主体的考核评价体系、加大"双师双能型"教师培养力度与优化教师队伍和实施产学研结合、建立校企合作与工学结合的机制体制等六个方面为创新点的应用型护理学人才培养模式。

Nowadays,Innovation of the applied talents cultivation mode is a hot topic for the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities.Based on the re-recognition and connotation of this mode,the paper creates a new mode in view of the following six aspects:building the industry-and-social-demand oriented course reform system and teaching content;implementing student-focused and ability-improving teaching mode and teaching methods;establishing practical teaching platform with students ability training as its core;creating a new practical evaluational system;speeding up 'double qualified teachers' cultivation;optimizing industry-university-research combination,university-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination mechanism.
