摘要
党的十八大将"立德树人"确立为教育的根本任务,为新形势下高校做好大学生德育工作指明了具体方向。班级是开展德育工作的主阵地,从开展主题教育活动和班级日常管理两个方面,探索践行"立德树人"理念的途径,发挥"立德树人"理念在班级管理中的实效性,是高校辅导员义不容辞的责任和使命。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) has established "moral education and cultivation of people" as the basic task of education, which points out the specific direction for college students' moral education under the new situation. As class acts as the main field for carrying out moral education, university counselors have duty-bound responsibility and mission to explore and practice "moral education and cultivation of people"concept from the thematic education activities and daily class management, so as to play the effectiveness of "moral education and cultivation of people" concept in class management.
