毕业实习是高校专业教学的最后环节和重要内容。由于医学类学生毕业实习时间长,实习医院比较分散,实习过程中学校没有专职人员蹲点跟踪管理且采取集中实习等特点,如何建立一套行之有效的管理运行机制,形成适用医学专业的毕业实习管理模式对学生毕业实习质量乃至就业起到至关重要的作用。

As the last part of teaching, graduation practice is of great importance. The establishment of the effective managerial operating mechanism and the formation of graduation practice management mode plays a critical role in the quality of students' graduation field work even in their employment.
