巴彦淖尔市老年人常见慢性病的社区护理需求和对策研究

A Study on Community Nursing Demands of Senior Citizens Suffering from Common Chronic Diseases in Bayannur City and the Countermeasures

为了解巴彦淖尔市老年人慢性病患病状况及护理需求情况,采用问卷调查法,对临河区11个社区1100例老年人进行慢性病患病现状及护理需求调查。经调查老年人慢性病患病率为68.7%,患病率前5位依次为高血压、冠心病、脑血管病、颈和腰椎疾病、糖尿病、关节炎,影响老年人社区护理需求服务的主要因素依次为医疗指导、护理人员角色、个人经济状况、医疗和疾病类型。因此,老年慢性病患者对社区护理服务的需求较高,根据老年人的特点开展社区护理工作具有十分重要的意义。

In order to show the chronic sickness status of the senior citizens in Bayannur and their medical requirements, a questionnaire was conducted with which 1100 aged people in 11 communities of Linhe District were surveyed. According to the investigation, the senior people who suffer from the chronic disease account for 68.7% of the total number of all aged people, and the top five are high blood pressure, coronary disease, cerebrovascular disease, cervical and lumbar diseases, diabetes and arthritis. At present, the factors to determine their requirements for community care service include the medical guidance, the role of the nursing staff, personal financial status and the type of medical treatment and disease. Therefore, the community nursing work in line with the characteristics of the aged is of great importance in view of the high demand for the community nursing service of the senior citizens suffering from the chronic disease.
