摘要
利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立板坯定宽几何模型,并在有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA中模拟板坯定宽全过程,分别研究了不同侧压量与不同板坯宽度对板坯侧压冲击力的影响,利用MATLAB软件进行曲线回归,得到了板坯侧压冲击力的变化规律及其与侧压冲击力和板坯宽度之间的函数表达式,进而得到板坯侧压冲击力与相对侧压量之间的函数表达式。结果表明,相对侧压量和最大侧压冲击力基本呈单调递增关系,为保证在实际工作过程中能够实现对板坯的稳定侧压,应尽量选取较小的相对侧压量,以防止侧压冲击力过大而造成设备故障。
The geometry model of slab sizing press is established by SolidWorks, and a nonlinear large deformation finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate and analyse the whole process of slab sizing press.By researching the variation regularity of slab impact force and stress state in the different lateral region and comparing the simulation results of the same sizing slab under different confining pressures and the different sizing slab under the same comfining pressures, the results show that the slab head and tail is non steady deformation region, the central slab is steady deformation region;the slab impact force, stress state and the dog bone height increases with the amount of lateral pressure increases;the thickness of the slab is proportional to the impact force and the height of dog bone and the width of the slab is inversely proportional to the impact force and dog bone height. Therefore, a reasonable selection of slab width and specifications,andstrictly control the size of impact force can not only improve the quality of the slab, improve the service life of the equipment, but also provide a theoretical basis for the production of the customized slab regulations.
