摘要
针对现代电子战系统对小型化超宽带侦干一体化射频变频系统的迫切需求,基于毫米波二次变频、复合铜基微波多层板和微波电路多芯片组装(MCM)等技术实现了一种小型化超宽带侦干一体变频系统的设计,整个模块尺寸为96 mm×80 mm×10 mm。其接收支路噪声系数优于8 dB,接收动态范围优于80 dB,杂散电平在-45 dBm以上,瞬时带宽优于1GHz;上变频发射功率在10±3 dBm,增益在35±3 dB,谐波抑制在20 dBc以上。
In order to meet the demand of modern electronic warfare system for miniaturized UWB frequency conversion module, a design of ultra-wideband transceiver module based on millimeter wave frequency conversion technology and microwave multilayer plate technology is introduced. The module size is 96 mm×80 mm×10 mm.The dynamic range of down-conversion is better than 80 dB, and the spurious suppression is above -45 dBm.The transmission power of the upper-conversion is 10±3 dBm,the gain is 35±3 dB,and the harmonic suppression is above 20 dBc.
