摘要
针对大型航天复合材料结构特点,按照铺放8路纤维的要求设计纤维铺丝头,采用功能模块化设计方法,开发了具有自主知识产权的复合材料自动铺放设备,并掌握了航天大型复合材料构件自动化铺层成型技术,满足大型运载火箭和高轨道卫星复合材料构件高性能、高可靠的制造要求,为规模化设备设计和复合材料构件生产打下良好基础。
According to the characteristics of the large aerospace composite structures, a composite automatic laying equipment is developed with independent intellectual property rights using function modular design method to the requirements of laying eight-channel. And the forming technology of automatic laying is mastered, which meeting the high performance and reliability requirements of the large launch vehicle and high orbit satellite composites, and laying a good foundation for the design of large-scale equipment and the production of composite components.
