摘要
将偶合改性处理的中空玻璃微珠加入高硅氧/酚醛体系,考察了中空玻璃微珠对体系耐烧蚀性、力学性能的影响,分析了该体系的TG、DSC曲线。测试结果表明,加入中空玻璃微珠后,高硅氧/酚醛体系的拉伸性能提高了20%以上,烧蚀性能更加优异。
The hollow glass beads with modified treatment were added into the high silica fibre/phenolic aldehyde. The effects of beads on the ablation resistance and mechanical properties of the system were investigated, and the TG and DSC curves of the system were analyzed. The results show that tensile properties were improved by more than 20% and the ablation performance was better when the beads were added in the system.
