活动反射镜组件调头镗孔工艺研究

摘要 根据活动反射镜组件枢轴安装孔的结构特点,分析了两种不同的同轴度评价标准,优选公共轴线同轴度作为孔位精度评价标准。对影响活动反射镜组件调头镗孔同轴精度的主要因素,包括装夹变形、机床主轴重复定位误差、机床工作台回转误差和单孔形状误差进行了分析,并提出了相应的工艺控制措施。 According to the structure characteristic of the pivot mounting hole of the movable mirror assembly, two different evaluation criteria of coaxiality are analyzed, and the common axis coaxiality as the evaluation criterion for the accuracy of hole position is optimized. The main factors to influence the turnover boring coaxial precision of movable mirror assembly, including loaded clamping deformation, repeatability error of machine tool spindle, rotation error of machine tool table and shape error of single hole are analyzed, and the corresponding process control measures are put forward.
