摘要
根据北斗卫星导航系统星座状态及其公开的服务性能,结合国际民航组织规定的民航非精密进近的应用需求,对北斗卫星导航系统在民航中的完好性进行分析,并提出相应的测试与评估方法。以天津某已知基准点为例,利用所提出的方法,对北斗在民航中的完好性进行评估,结果表明:在所观测区间,北斗系统平均可见星个数大于7颗,平均水平保护限值小于70m,能够较好地满足非精密进近的要求,为民用航空非精密进近提供具备完好性保证的服务。
According to the status of the constellation of the Beidou navigation satellite system and the performance of open service,based on the application requirements of the non-precision approach of international civil aviation organization( ICAO),the integrity of the BDS is analyzed,and corresponding test and evaluation method is proposed. By taking a known reference in tianjin as an example,using the method proposed in this paper,the integrity of BDS is evaluated in civil aviation. The results show that the average number of visible satellites in BDS at the test site is more than 7,and the average protection limit is less than 70 m in observation interval. So BDS can better meet the requirements of non-precision approach,and can provide non-precision approach to civil aviation with integrity assurance services.
