摘要
青海省绝大数高职院校限于办学条件、教育理念及招生就业等诸多因素的影响,在设置专职辅导员岗位,多以"班主任+任课教师"的身份角色呈现,发挥着辅导员的主体作用。据相关调查,职业院校生源主要源于省内自治州,学生文化素质和生活方式与当今社会教育发展要求存在着极大的差异与冲突。鉴于此,结合院校地域、学生生源和新时代教育发展要求的实际,努力培育一批优秀专职辅导员对学校或学生的发展起着关键性的作用。
At present, limited to school conditions, educational concepts, enrolment and employment of students and many other factors, the vast majorities of Higher Vocational Colleges in Qinghai Province take the pattern of'counselor + teacher'and play the main role of counselors when they are setting up full-time counselor position. According to the relevant survey, the source of students in vocational colleges is mainly from the Autonomous Prefecture of the province. There are great differences and conflicts between the cultural quality and life style of students and the requirements of education development in society nowadays. In view of this, combined with the actual situation of the region, the source of students and the requirements of education development in the new era, to cultivate a group of excellent full-time counselors play a key role in the development of schools or students.
