Helene's“Blindness of Heart”and JIANG Chang-an's“Cangue of Heart”——Comparison of Tragic Fates of Two Female Characters in Die Mittagsfrau and The Golden Cangue

《午间女人》中的海伦娜本是一个聪明伶俐,坚韧顽强的姑娘,但在经历了接二连三的人生变故后逐渐失语,变成了一位"心盲"的女性;《金锁记》中的姜长安本是天真烂漫,单纯质朴的少女,因始终无法掌握自己的命运,最后戴上了"心的枷锁"。女性身份是这两个人物形象最显著的共同点,也成了解读她们悲剧命运的关键所在。

In Die Mittagsfrau,Helene was a pretty girl with attic faith,but after going through several accidents in her life,finally she refused to communicate with the world,and became a'herzensblind'woman(a woman with blindness in her heart).In The Golden Cangue,JIANG Chang-an was a cute young girl,pure and modesty,but because of the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,her heart was eventually imprisoned.The female identity is the most prominent common point for the two female characters and it also caused their tragic fates.
