Implement “Three Peasants' Treatment” Construct the New Rural Area

文章认为建设社会主义新农村的主要途径是落实农民的“三民待遇”,其主要目标是使农民生存状态超脱落后的历史状态,并据此分析了我国新农村建设取得的历史性进展及进一步深化的方向。

The article believes that the main way of building socialism new village is to implement:“three peasants' treatment”plan.It aims at making the peasants break away from backward.Meanwhile it analyzes the historic development of the new rural area construction and the orientation of further deepening.
