当前高校的门已更多的向学生打开,学生面的扩大,学生管理难度也随之而来,对艺术设计专业的班主任难度就更大,细节在学生管理中就显得尤其重要,关注细节是班主任工作制胜的法宝,细在观察、细在沟通、细在行动、细在服务,只有真正以学生为重心,抓好学生每一个细节,才能真正胜任艺术专业的班主任工作。

At present,the universities are opened to more and more students,and the management of students become more difficult.For the form master of art design major,it's especially important to pay close attention to the detail,including observing,communicating,taking action and serving.That is the magic weapon of the teachers.Only when we regard student as center,pay attention to every detail,we could be really competent for the work of form master.
