The Comparison Study of the Narrative Strategy in Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights

运用叙事学理论,从叙事视角、叙事时间和叙事声音三方面对夏洛蒂·勃朗特的小说《简爱》和艾米莉·勃朗特的小说《呼啸山庄》的叙事策略进行比较分析,表明除新颖奇特的内容外,别具特色的叙事手法同样是使勃朗特姐妹的小说长久不衰的因素之一。

This paper,with narratology as its basic theory,is trying to make a comparison study of the narrative strategy in Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre and Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights. The analyses are from three aspects:narrative perspective,narrative time and narrative voice.Through the comparative analysis,we can see that besides the novel and peculiar contents,the unique narrative technique is also one of the factors that make Bronte sisters' novels prevail for centuries.
