摘要
Fauconnier的概念整合理论向人们介绍了语言内部及语言间的认知运作方式。翻译作为一种语言使用活动,与人类的认知活动分不开。译者在做翻译时,需要建构原文本空间和译者空间两大输入空间,两输入空间经概念整合产生的译文空间是具有创造性的合成空间。该理论对我们重新考察翻译研究中长期存在的一些争论具有重要意义。
Fauconnier's Conceptual Integration Theory has probed into the cognitive process within a language and between languages.Translation,as a kind of language use,can not be separated from cognition.A translator should construct the source text space and the translator space;the target text space blended by the two input spaces through conceptual integration is a creative new space.Thistheory is of great significance for us to investigate again some disputes that has existed for a long time in translation study.
