行政人员的训练是人事制度的重要组成部分,有利于培养行政人员的行政素养。1927年至1937年间,湖北省政府根据中央政府的旨意,对省内行政人员进行了颇具规模、内容丰富的训练。然囿于当时的社会环境,效果并不明显。
