改革开放20多年以来,我国经历了由传统的、封闭的农业社会向现代的开放的工业社会转型,在社会主义市场经济体制、民主政治体制已初步建立起来的同时,民间组织也迅速崛起成为独立于政府、企业之外的名副其实的第三部门。对构成现代社会"三足鼎立"的三类实体组织互动关系作初步探讨,旨在说明作为克服"政府失灵"和"市场失灵"的制度创新与组织创新的产物,民间组织必将同政府和企业一起推动我国的经济社会发展。

Since the reform and open policy more than 20 years,our country has experienced by traditional,the seal agricultural society to modern open industry society reforming,while the socialist market economy system,the democratic political system which initially establishes,the folk organization rapidly has also risen into is independent the third department which outside the government,the enterprise is worthy of the name.This article to constitutes the modern society'the tripod stands'three kind of entities organization interaction relations to make the preliminary discussion,is for the purpose of explaining the achievement overcomes'the government to malfunction'and'the market malfunctions'the system innovation and the organization innovation product,the folk organization will certainly with the government and the enterprise impels our country the economic society to develop together.
