摘要
目前,社会对职业倦怠这一心理现象的关注程度越来越多。而在高校辅导员这一群体中也开始逐渐出现这个现象并呈现蔓延的趋势。从职业倦怠的涵义、表现及高校辅导员职业倦怠所带来的负面影响出发,深入探讨了高校辅导员职业倦怠出现的原因,以便进一步提出解决方法。
More and more attention has been paid to the psychological phenomenon of occupational ennui.This phenomenon also emerges and spreads among the college counsellors.This thesis will focus on the concept of it,its main features and its negative influence upon these college counsellors,then this thesis will try to find out the cause for this phenomenon and put forward certain solutions.
