摘要
教师的教学能力与教学质量有直接的联系。民族地区英语教师教学能力普遍偏低,主要反映在英语语言能力低下,课堂设计意识欠缺,教学方法依然陈旧等方面。加强职后教育,改进培训方式,提高教师的教学能力是民族地区高等师范院校和教育行政主管部门的长期任务。
Teaching quality relies mainly on the teacher's teaching ability,which is comparatively weak in the minority areas.This fact can be found in these aspects such as poor language abilities,less sense of designing a class and outmoded teaching methods.Further education after career should be strengthened and changing the way of training for the teachers is a long task for the administration departments of education and colleges in minority areas.
