摘要 学校品牌经营模式是学校经营模式的一种,主要任务是运用集成、整合、配置、控制、占有等经营手段,有效地开发和运用学校的课程、师资、教学技术、学校管理技术等教育教学资源的品牌资产,充分挖掘、发挥和提升学校各种教育和教学资源的潜力,提高学校教学、教育和管理的效率、质量和水平。实例研究表明,学校品牌经营大体有学校品牌授权经营、学校品牌扩张经营以及学校品牌联盟经营三种基本模式。学校实施品牌经营,挖掘和发挥学校品牌资产的效用,有助于提高学校的影响力,从而有助于提高学校办学质量和办学水平。 This article talks about the school brand operation model and believes it acts as a kind of school operating model,with the main task of taking the operating approaches of integration,disposition,control and occupation to develop and utilize teaching resources of brand assets into school curriculum,teachers,teaching technology,and school management technology.Fully excavate,play and promote the potential of a variety of education and teaching resources,to enhance the efficiency,quality and standards of teaching,education and management of our school.Studies have shown that there exist three basic operating models.They are school brand authorized operation;school brand expanding operation and school brand alliance operation.The school implementing the brand operation,to excavate and play the utility of brand school assets,which is helpful to improve the school's influence,and help to improve school's running quality and level.
