从《杨干院归结始末》看明代徽州佛教与宗族之关系——明清徽州地方社会僧俗关系考察之一

杨干院位于徽州府歙县,本为罗姓始祖墓地,后为僧寺。明代中期,围绕其归属问题,罗姓家族与寺僧双方进行互控,历时8年。后罗姓族人罗显辑成《杨干院归结始末》。本文就是以此案卷为中心,结合同一时期徽州府发生的其他同类事件,探讨明代中期徽州地方社会宗教的发展情况与宗族发展的新趋势。

Yang-gan Temple is located in the She county,Hui-zhou prefecture.It was original graveyard of the founding ancestor of Luo Lineage,and thereafter became a Buddhist temple.In the mid of Ming dynasty,there was an eight-year long dispute case between the Luos and Buddhist Monks about the property right of the Yang-gan Temple.Afterwards,the Luo Xian,one of the Luos groups,edited the beginning and end of the Yang-gan Temple dispute(Yang-gan Yuan Gui JiE Shi Mo).Based on this case and referred to some similar cases happened at the same time in Hui-zhou prefecture,in this article,the author talked about the religion development of local society of Hui-zhou and the development trend of clan in the mid of Ming dynasty.
