民办经管类高校校外实践教育基地建设存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Outside-School Practice Education Bases for Private Universities of Economics and Management

校外实践教育基地作为大学实践教学体系的重要组成部分,已经越来越受到高校重视。相比公办院校,民办经管类高校在建设校外实践教育基地过程中面临着不同程度的困境,存在着企业合作意愿低、民办高校人才培养模式存在缺陷以及学生实践工作能力不足等主要问题。民办经管类高校应建立"3+1"创新型人才培养模式,完善校内外实践教学相接轨的教育体系,校企双方共建实践基地,规范校企合作协议,以充分发挥民办高校的优势,促进优秀校外实践教育基地建设,完善实践教学工作。

As one important part of university practice education system,outside- school practice education bases have been valued more and more by the universities. Compared with public universities,private universities of economics and management are facing the difficulties with various degrees in the process of constructing outside- school practice education bases. The main problems include the low cooperative willingness of enterprises,certain deficiencies in the cultivation mode for talents in private universities,and insufficient ability of the students in practical work etc. Private universities of economics and management should set up the 'three plus one'innovative talent cultivation mode,complete the educational system that the practical education inside- school and outside-school may connect each other,improve the practice bases built up together by the school and the enterprise,and specify the cooperative agreement by the school and enterprise,and through these measures we can give full play to the advantages of private universities,promote the construction of excellent outside- school practice education bases,and improve the work of practical education.
