New Ideas for the Construction of Ecological Civilization

在生态文明理念已经被提到高度重要位置的今天,我国生态文明建设的成效在整体意义上还不尽如人意。需要政府在谋划发展层面要有新思路,即按照生态文明建设的目标调整产业结构,以生态文明建设倒逼产业转型,以生态文明的思路开展城镇化建设,将生态文明建设纳入领导干部政绩考核体系,用生态文化引导个人文明生活。

Though great importance has been attached to the ecological civilization,achievements in the construction of ecological civilization in China as a whole are still far from satisfactory. The government should have new ideas in the macro planning and development level and this paper is trying to introduce some ideas on the construction of ecological civilization,namely readjusting the industrial structure in accordance with the goal of ecological civilization construction; realizing industrial transformation and urbanization with the support of ecological civilization construction; including ecological civilization construction into the performance evaluation system of leadership; and cultivating people's civilized lifestyle with ecological culture.
