摘要
研究蝴蝶石斛兰工厂化育苗技术,实验结果表明:茎尖诱导的最适宜培养基为VW+BA1mg/L+NAA1mg/L;原球茎增殖培养基以VW+BA2.5mg/L+NAA1mg/L为佳;降低培养基BA浓度至1mg/L可以明显提高芽苗的质量;芽苗生根壮苗培养基以VW+香蕉汁10%为佳,试管苗移栽成活率达90%以上。还对蝴蝶石斛兰离体快速繁殖技术的应用价值进行讨论。
The industrial breeding technology of Dendrobiu m phalaenopsis was studied in this paper. The results were as follows: protocorm-like bodies(plbs) were obtained from apical meriste ms of Dendrobium phaolaenopsis in this VW medium with l mg/L BA and 1 mg/L NAA, and this medium was selected as the b est medium for the plb formation; for the plb multiplication, the bes t medium was VW medium with 2.5 mg/L and 1 mg/L NAA; the quality of shoots developed from plbs could be improved significantly when the c oncentration of BA was reduced to 1 mg/L in the multiplication medium; the VW medium supplemented with 10%(W/V)banana was the best for rooti ng and could accelerate root growth; the survival rate of the tube p lantlets could reach beyond 90%. The application value of the rapid p ropagation of Dendrobium phalaenopsis was also discus sed.
