采用调查法、访问法 ,探索陕南各级中小学体育教师配备、待遇、流失和未来发展的策略。
Through investigation and interview, the paper discusses the personnel, the treatment(s), the teacher-leaving, and the way(s) to improve the PE. teachers, and to deal with the problems above.
