The Influence of WTO on Chinese Sports Industry

通过介绍世贸组织与体育产业有关的一些基本原则,分析了加入世贸组织后,我国体育产业在筹资机制、体育企业和体育市场、体育立法、体育人才等方面所面临的机遇和挑战,并提出了相应的对策和措施:加快改革步伐,使我国经济体制和政治体制符合WTO规则的要求;深化改革,转变观念,提高办事效率;加快体育法制建设;加强对世贸组织有关知识和规则的学习和宣传,维护我国体育企业和产品的权益;努力培养体育人才;加快现代企业制度建设,实施体育名牌战略;改善市场环境,促进公平竞争,为体育投资创造良好的外部环境等。

According to the basic principles of WTO, the paper analyses the opportunities and the challenges to Chinese sports industry brought by WTO, and also put forward the corresponding coun-termeasures, such as accelerating economical system & political system reform, making them accord with the demands & rules of WTO, deepening reform, transforming sense, promoting efficiency, strengthening the legal system, learning and publicizing related rules and knowledge of WTO, safeguarding our sport enterprises' interests, training people with professional skill in sports industry, carrying out strategy of famous brand, improving marketing environments, promoting fair competition, creating favorable external environments for the investing in sports industry.
