摘要
人的一生必然经过成长、成熟、衰老三个发展过程,身体各个器官随着年龄的增长,其功能也逐渐下降,产生衰老改变。而实践证明,适量的运动锻炼是延缓衰老,保持身体各器官功能的有效手段。中年人正处于成熟的阶段,应重视与加强体育锻炼,从而达到延缓衰老,增进健康,提高工作效率,延年益寿的目的。所以,中年人具备良好的终身体育意识尤为重要。
A man's life may consist of three periods; growing up. maturity and senility. Proper physical training is an effective way to postpone the senility and keep the functions of all organs of the body. Middle -aged person should pay more attention to physical training because they are just in the period between maturity and scnilitv.
