The authorities and teachers of the university paid more attention to the body-building of their students than that of athletics and sports, therefore- they have promoted the outside games activities, and teachers training, as well as science research etc. What they have done mentioned above lias formed a nwe pattern of education and has greatly influenced the PE teaching and learing of the northeast area of China and offored a valuable theoretical accordance and experience.
