摘要
通过一学年尝试性教学实验,将健美操练习应用于发展女大学生身体素质实验表明,实验班的五项身体素质与对照班相比,有大幅度的提高。同时健美操练习对女大学生的身体形态、机能、情绪调动以及气质修养都有积极的促进作用,有利于教学质量和教学效果的提高。
This essay is a comparison between improvements on physical quality with conventional physical education methodology and a tentative approach which takes callisthenics as a part of physical education class teaching. The test result shows that the tested group has remarkable improvements in the five basic physical qualities comparing with the normal group and the new approach enacts a progressive influence on the body-shaping, physical function, emotional adjustments, and temperamental accomplishment of the students. So. taking callisthenics as a part of physical education class teaching is beneficial to the enhancement of teaching quality and teaching efficiency.
