开展档案利用者教育,是提高教学质量的需要。教育的内容有:档案法规教育,档案常识教育,馆藏内容介绍,利用档案的程序教育。通过举办档案知识讲座,利用档案学术报告会,开展档案知识有奖竞赛活动,提高档案利用的水平和效益。在开展档案利用者教育工作中,档案部门应注意经常开展档案利用者分析活动,增强教育的针对性;学习借鉴高校图书馆工作的成功经验,增强教育的实效性;根据体育院校的专业特点,为利用者提供高效优质服务。

In order to promote the teaching and study quality, we need to train the readers with the theory and methodology in order ot raise the utilization ratio of the archives. The educational items are such as archives regulations; the elementary knowledge of the archives; the introduction of the library books as well as materials and consulting procedure of the library . and the useful way to carried out the education aim above should be tearing; report and knowledge test etc. The librarians ought to analyze the utilization ratio of the books and materials, to promote the beneficial resull; to learn from the experiences of other colleges and universities to enhance the effect of the education; to serve the PE college and universities according to their features efficaciously.
