创新是当今竞技体育改革的一项重要任务,江苏自行车队近年来虽取得了一些好成绩,但与先进省市相比尚有较大差距,其主要原因,除了相应的技术、战术和体能等问题外,还与教练员在训练过程中缺乏创新意识有着密切的关系。重视创新意识的培养,并贯穿于训练之中,将对运动水平的提高起重要作用。。

Creation is nowadays a main task in the competitive sports reform. Compared with other provincial cycle teams, our cyclists have not done well enough, though we have made some problems of skills, tactics and fitness, have made less new creation in the daily training. Prominence should be given to the development of new ideas and creativeness, and that should run through the whole periods of training. As a result, it will surely play an important role in improving the general standards of our cyclists.
