摘要
本文主要对游泳运动员初学蛙泳腿时如何消除脚背打水、剪刀腿以及踝关节松弛作了分析与探讨,指出传统的教学方法不适合小年龄的运动员。
The article analyses how to frog kick correctly in children breaststroke training. It points out that drive with instep, frog kick look like scissors and relax the ankle joint must be corrected. But following the old routine can not do better about it.
