摘要
体育活动与健康的关系,具有较高的相关性。高校体育是学校体育教育的最后一环,与社会体育紧密相连。长期以来,高校公共课一直延续着以竞技运动技术的传授为主线,竞技运动的成绩为考核标准的陈旧教学模式,严重违背了“健康第一”的理念。本文试图创建高校公共体育课健康教育内容和评价体系的新模式,并对这一模式的整体运行机制作初步探讨。
It is all accepted that athletic sports are connected closely with the health of human being. The physical training in Higher Learning Institutions, which is the last process in scholastic physical education, is linked closely to the social physical training. For a long time, the traditional and out-of-date teaching methods棗 the techniques of athletics are mainly taught to students and the mere performance in athletic sports is regarded as their credits in P.E 棗have always been applied to the course of physical training and fitness in Higher Learning Institutions. And such outdated teaching methods have extremely violated the physical concept that fitness is number1. The following article is trying to set up a new mode of physical training, which is suitable for the contents of fitness education and for the system of scores?valuation in the course of public physical training and to discuss in brief the whole running mechanism of the new mode of P.E teaching.
