Synthesis of Isosorbide-5-mononitrate

采用了山梨醇脱水、硝化,生产2,5-二硝酸异山梨酯,然后进一步还原反应生成5-单硝酸异山梨酯。本工艺具有工艺流程短,且以浓硝酸代替发烟硝酸的特点。产品总收率达到64%,使其生产成本约低30%。

Said preparation is carried out by treating isosorbide2,5dinitrate with a suitable reduction system in the presence of not easily oxidizable coordinating metal ions.The operating conditions are simple.Lowcost reagents are used.High yields and selectivity are obtained.
