摘要 将虚拟仪器技术应用于"机械工程测试技术基础"及"机械故障诊断"的实验中去,并用其技术作了信号分析实验、机械振动实验及噪声实验。SDAS 信号采集与分析系统在软件设计采用了"虚拟仪器",硬件设计,采用EDA设计方法,硬件可靠性高,功能稳定。硬件接口采用了ISA总线,用中断方式和查询方式实现了数据采集,通过虚拟机驱动程序实现了与上位机的接口,成功地实现了对自行设计的AD/DA卡、信号预处理器的控制。 The authors have put the fictitious instrument technique into application in experiments of 'the basis of machinery engineering test' and 'the mechanical fault diagnosis' and have made experiments of signal analysis,mechanical vibration and noise analysis by means of this technique.In the system of DAS Ⅱsignal collection and analysis,the concept of 'fictitious instrument'is adopted for the software in the design scheme.The requirements of scientific research and teaching dynamic test as well as signal analysis are met in the aspects of functions.ISA mains are used in the hardware inlet.Datum collection is made by means of interrupting mode and inquiring mode.Inletting to the upper position machine is realized through the fictitious machine drive procedure;the control of AD/DA card of selfdesigned and signal pretreatment is realized.
