摘要 从研究人体视觉系统的角度出发,给出了一种基于人体视觉系统HVS模型的客观图像质量评价方法,提出了基于HVS模型的SNR和PSNR评价标准,并给出了对典型图像的评测结果,同时也验证了与主观评价结果的一致性。 A kind of objective image quality evaluation method based on the HVS model is given in this paper after taking into account the human visual system (HVS).A SNR and PSNR criterion of evaluating image quality is put forward,and the result of evaluating the typical image is given.At the same time,the consistency between subjective and objective assessments is verified.
