摘要 量子点具有宽的激发光谱、窄的发射光谱、高的荧光量子产率、比有机染料寿命更长等优越的荧光特性 ,是一种理想的荧光探针 .本文评述了量子点荧光探针合成的最新进展 . Quantum dots possess several qualities that make them very attractive for biological analysis: broad excitation spectrum, narrow emission spectrum, high quantum yield of fluorescence, longer fluorescence lifetime than organic fluorophores et al. We review recent advances in the development of quantum dots for preparation.
