摘要
以萜品油烯为烯部,以2,4 二氧代戊酸甲酯为烯酮部进行deMayo光加成反应.除了环外双键的[2+2]光加成产物和环内双键光加成产物的反 Aldol重排产物外,分离出四种通过游离基再结合反应所形成的具有单环单萜结构的萜品烯、宁艹烯、萜品油烯及其氧化产物孜然芹烯衍生物,并确定其分子结构,提出了各反应产物的形成机理.
De Mayo reaction of methyl 2,4dioxopentanoate with terpinilene is performed. Two cycloprotophotocycloadduct, a retroAldol rearrange product and four monoterpene, including terpene, limonene, terpinolene and pcymene as radical recombination products are separated from each other. Their structures are determined and the reaction mechanism are discussed.
