摘要
论述了FIDIC合同条件下监理工程师在质量控制、进度控制、投资控制、信息管理、合同管理和施工协调等方面的权利和义务 ,以及需要在这些方面注意的事项 ,阐明了其权利和义务的高度统一性 。
In this paper, the engineer's rights and obligations in quality control, plan and progress control, investment control, information management and contract harmony under the condition of FIDIC contract were discussed and their high relativity was clarified.
