摘要
阐述了霍尔效应实验原理 ,论证了在霍尔效应实验中 ,只能使用稳恒直流电流源 ,而不能采用交流电源和普通电池 .提出了稳恒直流电流源所提供的电流大小和方向都不随时间变化 .并指出半导体中的电荷所受到的洛仑兹力的大小和方向都不随时间变化 .指出采用交流电源 ,其交流电流大小和方向都随时间作周期性变化 ,半导体中所受到的洛仑兹力的大小和方向随时间作周期性变化 .半导体两侧交替积累负电荷 ,难于形成稳定的霍尔电压 .电池的电流会随着电能的消耗而减小 。
The paper is aimed to discusse the law of Hall effect experment.It has been proved that steady direct current should be used in Hall effect experiment instead of alternating current or cells. The electropositive in the conductor accepts Lorents force whose count and direction does not change because constant current source can supply a current which does not change its count and direction in any times.If the alternating current is used in the experiment,the electropositive in the conductor will act on Lorrentts force and the electropositive will altenate in accumulatinh on both sides of the conductor.It is difficult to form a hall voltage.If we use cell as a source in the experiment,the current of cell will reduce with the reducing energy of the cell.
