摘要
通过分析人类专家诊断思维的特点。本文提出了基于知识的A级诊断和应用网络分解法的B级诊断相结合的分级诊断思想,并以水平检查仪为例建立了一个自动故障诊断系统.其中A级诊断采用专家系统开发工具M.1实现其诊断推理;B级诊断程序主要包括非线性直流分析通用程序和不精确推理两部分.另外诊断系统中引用了模糊数学的方法处理电路测量信号,并改进了网络分解法以减小容差的影响.
Through analyzing the characteristics of human expert's thought, one fault diagnosis system is built for graded diagnosing the Horizental Checkor. The first grade—named grade A based on knowledge base and the deep grade-named grade B applying entwork decomposition approach. Grade A's diagnosis is realized by Expert System tool-M.1.Grade B's diagnostic program mainly contains nonlinear D.C. analysis general program and plausible reasoning program.
