摘要
根据供应链柔性的特点,选择可以客观量化的评价指标,构建了供应链柔性的评价体系;并利用层次分析法对其进行了综合评价,为供应链柔性的正确测度提供了新的思路。
According to the characteristics of supply chains, some quantitative indexes are chosen to establish an evaluation system for the supply chain's flexibility. AHP is also utilized to conduct a comprehensive evaluation on the supply chain's flexibility, which offers a new idea about how to measure the supply chain's flexibility.
