Research on the Problems of Profitable Hospital Financing in China

融资问题是解决我国营利性医院发展的关键。就目前国内营利性医院融资类型进行分析与评价,论证了融资对营利性医院健康发展的作用和功能。在此基础上,提出了我国营利性医院融资的基本对策和思路,以及营利性医院融资后的风险防范对策,即实施联合制使资源得以优化配置,扩大医院生存和发展空间;以股份制拓宽融资渠道,保证和稳定医院的资金来源;通过连锁经营实现低成本扩张;建立完善的风险防范机制以防范控制风险。

Financing is the key to solving the developmental problems of profitable hospitals in China. This paper analyzes the effects of financing on the development of profitable hospitals and present measures of profitable hospital financing. Ways of how to prevent financial risk are also pointed out, namely, optimizing resources to expand the developing space of hospitals through the joint system; broadening financial channels to assure and stabilize the fund sources of hospitals through the stock system; expanding the scale in low cost through the chain system; establishing a perfect system to control financing risk.
