通过发行股票上市及上市后进行多元化投资、资产重组,交通行业上市公司为行业和自身发展不断创造机遇。通过大量的数据和案例分析较全面地探讨了交通行业上市公司的资本运营战略。
Many companies in the transportation industry have become listed companies by issuing stocks. Also, these companies have implemented diversified investment and asset restructuring after listing. Therefore, these companies have created many good opportunities to develop themselves and do much contribution to the transportation industry. Some capital strategies of the listed companies in the transportation industry are presented by analyzing many data and cases.
