摘要
运用博弈论及经济学理论进行分析,指出通过培养供应商的竞争者可以使企业在与供应商的竞争中赢得主动,并有助于加强与供应商的合作关系。还阐明了培养供应商的竞争者的4种策略。
This paper points out that to develop the suppliers' competitors can help an enterprise take the initiative in competing with its suppliers, and therefore strengthen the co-operation. Four tactics are put forward to help enterprises develop suppliers' competitors.
