摘要 微波测量中的基本问题是长度测量问题。本文提出一种采用计量光栅技术、微计算机技术和伺服驱动控制技术提高毫米波波异测量线测量精度和实现自动测量的新方法。测长传感器为25刻线/mm玻璃光栅尺,采用40细分线路实现1μm的测量分辨率。在对已测得的驻波场分布的数据进行计算机处理后,可自动显示、打印出关于信号和网络特性的数值结果,或绘出smith圆图。 A basic problem in microwave measuring is the problem of the length measurement. A new method, with which the measuring accuracy of the microwave slotted line system for waveguide can be improved and an automatic testing system with a combination of metrological grating, microcomputer and servo driving control technigue is developed, is proposed in this paper. The 25 lines/mm glass optical scale is used as the transducer for the length measuring. The measuring resolution of 1μm could be realized by means of the electronic 40-times interpolation. After computer processing of the data corresponding to distribution of the standing wave field, the numerical results about signal-and network characteristics could be shown on the screen or provided on a printer, or the standing wave form or Smith Chart form could be drawn by a plotter.
