摘要 基因工程技术在甘蔗上的应用越来越广泛,特别是在甘蔗育种、品种改良上正逐渐显示出常规育种无与伦比的优势.综合阐述近几年来甘蔗遗传转化方法、选择标记和使用的抗性基因等方面,并对发展前景作了展望. The application of technology of genetic engineering in sugarcane is more and more comprehensive.It is found that the technology has more unprecedented predominance than the general breeding in the improvement and breeding of sugarcane species.The recent transformation methods,selectable markers and antigenes were reviewed.The future trends of this research direction are also discussed.
