本文讨论了以光电二极管及红外摄象机为探头,通过解理波导来测量其损耗的一组实用方法,并指出了这种方法在GoAs等化合物半导体材料光波导研究和测量工作中所显示的优点和效果。
This paper discusses a set of practical methods of measuring attenuation and loss factors in optical wave-guide using photodiode and IR camera as sensing heads by means of cleavage guides, and points out its merits and performance displayed in the development and measurement work dealing with the optical guides made from GaAs compound semiconductor materials.
